Payment - Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cash, PayPal, or credit or debit card. We do not accept COD orders or purchase orders unless you have previously arranged credit terms with us. We reserve the right to allow personal checks to clear before shipping the item(s).

Errors and omissions - We try to ensure the accuracy of the information supplied in our catalogs and web site. However typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. Accordingly we make no warranty as to the information on this site, but we do make every effort to ensure that it is complete and accurate. If you become aware of any such errors, please let us know so that we can correct them.

If an error causes a product to be listed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price and any other charges such as taxes or shipping.

All prices are subject to change without notice due to availability and current exchange rates. Some items may also become unavailable without notice - this is usually beyond our control as the products offered by our suppliers are constantly changing.

Location - All sales will be deemed to have been made in the State of North Carolina and are subject to all applicable laws of the State, regardless of the location of the customer.

Taxes - All orders shipped within the State of North Carolina are subject to North Carolina sales tax (7.5% on non-food items, 2% on food items).
