Dunbar Bagpipes

Jack Dunber learned pipemaking from the legendary Peter Henderson in Scotland, and after the Second World War joined with Thomas Liddell and John Maitland to start the Piob Mhor pipemaking company in Scotland. He emigrated to Canada in 1951, but gradually got back into pipemaking and started his own business full time in 1985.

The company is now run by his son-in-law Rick Pettigrew, who learned the trade from Jack.
