The Walsh Regular Practice Chanter has holes with the traditional practice chanter spacing. The holes are very deeply countersunk which makes them extremely easy to feel but which may have a somewhat coarse feeling for some pipers. The chanter uses O-rings to attach the upper and lower parts of the chanter together, so you never have to wrap your own joints. A very nice-sounding chanter
