This "Special" Polypenco practice chanter is made by Frazer Warnock in Northern Ireland. It is shorter than other long chanters, with an overall length 19.0" but has "pipe chanter finger spacing". It has a Beaded Nickel Ferrule and an Imitation Sole, a hemp joint, and countersunk holes. A Frazer Warnock reed included.
