The McCallum Long Polypenco practice chanter has holes that approximate the spacing of the holes on a pipe chanter. The holes are countersunk to make them easier to feel. The McCallum polypenco chanters all have a nice matte finish that is more pleasant than the smooth plastic on many polypenco practice chanters. The chanter is easy to reed and has a very nice tone and feel. Pictured is the plain chanter without a sole.
